Effectively removes loose fur from the undercoat

To use the rake, gently brush the hair in the direction of the fur growth. The teeth of the rake will slide into the undercoat, pulling away loose hairs. To ensure your dog has an enjoyable grooming session, start gently. If your dog enjoys grooming, more pressure can be applied to remove more fur. Pause or end the grooming session if your dog becomes agitated.

Grooming tips:

Grooming is a wonderful way to bond with your dog, but dogs that are new to grooming should be introduced to it slowly. Begin grooming sessions when your dog is relaxed, if possible after they have exercised. Use tools gently and avoid tugging on the skin or on knots or mats. Give your dog plenty of reassurance throughout the grooming session.

Pause or end the groom session if your dog becomes agitated or shows signs of stress. Keep grooming sessions brief, to begin with, and increase the length of the sessions as your dog becomes used to grooming.

90% of our orders arrive on a next day service, however If you are in remote part of UK, Northern Island or the Islands, it is a two-day service.

Orders over £75 is free delivery, under £75 there is a charge of £5.95. Remote areas of the Uk has an additional cost.

Orders placed before 2.30pm on Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, leave us same day.

Orders placed on Thursday after 2.00pm, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays, leave us on Monday. At busy times, we do sometimes ship on Sundays.

Any frozen goods are good in transit (due to our packaging) for 72 hours. The rule of thumb on frozen items is below: -

1. If your food is cold to touch but started to defrost, please freeze.
2. If your food is warm and fully defrosted (very unusual) please contact us for replacement and send a video of defrosted meals as this means a claim to the courier.

Our couriers will send you tracking with a one-hour window slot, also you can ask them to leave in a safe place or change the delivery time, this is all done between you and the courier service via DPD app. Please note frozen goods have to be left and cannot be undelivered, so it is important to state a safe place on the DPD App.
