STORAGE AND USAGE

Ooddles Bone Broths contain no artificial ingredients of any kind and can be stored frozen for up to 6 months. For best results defrost in your fridge and use within 10 days of defrosting. To keep your product fresh, reseal the bag after use and keep refrigerated.
Bone broth can be defrosted into smaller quantities and then immediately re-frozen for future use. 

Example: - You could fill an ice cube tray or ice lolly holder and re-freeze. 

DELIVERY

Bone Broth will arrive with you as a partial frozen product, so it will only be dispatched on the days we ship frozen goods, which is Monday, Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday on next-day delivery. Please note if slightly or fully defrosted it is fine to re-freeze this product.

FEEDING GUIDE

Simply mix Ooddles Bone Broth with your pet’s normal feed.  Bone Broth can be fed to all dogs regardless of age, size, or level of exercise. For continued health support, we recommend your dog be fed bone broth on a daily basis. 

• Daily intake should be around 50ml per day for a dog’s well-being.  You should get around 10 servings per 500ml bag.
• For sick or recovering pets, we recommend you feed 500ml per day for 48 hours. This concentrated nourishment will aid recovery and support the digestive system.
  
  Bone Broth is not a complete meal on its own, therefore add as a supplement for good health.

Please note: Use as pet food only. Not for human consumption. Keep apart from food. Wash hands and clean tools, utensils and surfaces after handling this product

Delivery

DPD courier service, with full tracking.
90% of our orders arrive on a next day service, however If you are in remote part of UK, Northern Island or the Islands, it is a two-day service.
 
Orders over £75 is free delivery, under £75 there is a charge of £5.95.  Remote areas of the Uk has an additional cost.
 
 Please note our shipping days and service.
 
Orders placed before 2.30pm on Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, leave us same day.
 
Orders placed on Thursday after 2.00pm, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays, leave us on Monday. At busy times, we do sometimes ship on Sundays.
 
Any frozen goods are good in transit (due to our packaging) for 72 hours.  The rule of thumb on frozen items is below: -
 
 1. If your food is cold to touch but started to defrost, please freeze.
 2. If your food is warm and fully defrosted (very unusual) please contact us for replacement and send a video of defrosted meals as this means a claim to the courier.
 
Our couriers will send you tracking with a one-hour window slot, also you can ask them to leave in a safe place or change the delivery time, this is all done between you and the courier service via DPD app. Please note frozen goods have to be left and cannot be undelivered, so it is important to state a safe place on the DPD App.
