Product Description

Our premium dry food is not your typically highly processed kibble, it is made using fresh meat, and cooked at lower temperatures to preserve the nutrients. Some dogs love just dry food, but others prefer to add some wet food mixed in. Our wet food comes in four different types and is perfect to mix into our dry food. Or you can feed wet totally on its own, just like our dry food, both foods are nutritionally complete and balanced food.

Remember you reduce the amount of dry food you give if you are adding wet food. Reduce accordingly, if half and half, use 50/50 from the feeding guides, or you may do 75% dry and 25% wet, whichever percentage you decide is fine, as both foods are nutritionally complete.

Delivery

DPD courier service, with full tracking.
90% of our orders arrive on a next day service, however If you are in remote part of UK, Northern Island or the Islands, it is a two-day service.
 
Orders over £75 is free delivery, under £75 there is a charge of £5.95.  Remote areas of the Uk has an additional cost.
 
 Please note our shipping days and service.
 
Orders placed before 2.30pm on Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, leave us same day.
 
Orders placed on Thursday after 2.00pm, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays, leave us on Monday. At busy times, we do sometimes ship on Sundays.
 
Any frozen goods are good in transit (due to our packaging) for 72 hours.  The rule of thumb on frozen items is below: -
 
 1. If your food is cold to touch but started to defrost, please freeze.
 2. If your food is warm and fully defrosted (very unusual) please contact us for replacement and send a video of defrosted meals as this means a claim to the courier.
 
Our couriers will send you tracking with a one-hour window slot, also you can ask them to leave in a safe place or change the delivery time, this is all done between you and the courier service via DPD app. Please note frozen goods have to be left and cannot be undelivered, so it is important to state a safe place on the DPD App.
