We only ship frozen goods on Mondays, Tuesday,
Wednesdays and Thursday, to arrive next day.
We use quality Woolcool as lining in our frozen food boxes with some icepacks. Woolcool keeps our food frozen in transit for 72 hours. Woolcool is fully recyclable and we always enclose a leaflet to give you ideas of what you can do with the lining.
You cannot delay your frozen order via DPD, the goods are persiable goods and must be delivered.
No problem, please place your order, and then drop customer services an email over to [email protected] with your order number and the day you would like delivery.
Problems happen from time to time, but we are here to always help and assist you. We are a quality company and any damaged in transit goods are replaced.
